Perfect Grilled Pork Chops

I love a juicy grilled pork chop. 😋 They’re quick, easy and have so much flavor! Your cooking time for this "how-to" is only about 8-10 minutes. Most of the time in this recipe is the pork chop coming up to room temperature and resting after cooking. These easy grilled pork chops would make a great main dish for hosting family and friends.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8-10 oz bone-in pork chops
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • coarse ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season pork chops with Kosher salt and pepper and allow to come up to room temperature - about 45 minutes
  • Heat your grill to 400 degrees
  • Lightly coat your pork chops with olive oil
  • Grill your chops for 3-4 minutes per side until a meat thermometer reads 145 degrees internally
  • Rest your pork chops for 5-10 minutes before serving
